Mr. Pelletier currently serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of Alamo Resources, LLC. His track record as a successful energy executive encompasses a diverse spectrum of technical, economic and senior management experience in both major oil company and independent company environments.<\/p>

Prior to co-founding Alamo Resources, his assignments included:<\/p>

Cabot Oil & Gas Corporation Vice President & Gulf Coast Regional Manager
PetroCorp Incorporated Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer
Exxon Company, USA Various Engineering & Supervisory Capacities<\/p>

Alamo Resources LLC\u2019s initial project consisted of a $70 Million acquisition of a non-operated position on the Gulf of Mexico shelf. The investment was managed as a distribution entity (i.e., Private MLP) that yielded $175 Million in distributions, averaging 14% annual cash-on-cash returns to its investors. Alamo Resources II, LLC was a Kayne-Anderson portfolio company that operated and re-developed approximately 11,000 acres of shallow oil production in southeast New Mexico. Alamo Resources III & IV, LLC are focused on non-operated opportunities, with Alamo IV being the Management Partner in Pontem Energy NonOp Fund I, LP \u2013 a $250 Million Fund.<\/p>

At Cabot, Mr. Pelletier directed all exploration and production activity for the company\u2019s fastest growing and most profitable production region at the time. During his three-year tenure, the region experienced an 80% increase in base production levels, utilizing a strategy that combined acquisitions with exploration and development drilling. Total production for the region represented 50% of the company\u2019s net production and EBITDA at the time.<\/p>

Mr. Pelletier\u2019s tenure at PetroCorp saw him rise from the company\u2019s Chief Reservoir Engineer to its Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. During this time, the company grew from a small, privately-held, start-up entity into a publicly traded company on the American Stock Exchange; with net production in excess of 6,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day. Assets were located in eight U.S. states plus the province of Alberta, Canada. In addition to PetroCorp\u2019s sole account assets, he also led a team that managed joint venture assets, valued at more than $260 Million, for institutional investor partners.<\/p>

His six years at Exxon included assignments in drilling and reservoir engineering, as well as the Production Department\u2019s Headquarters Planning Group. He also served as the Reservoir Engineering Supervisor for a team that managed more than 1,000 active wells with production in excess\u00a0 of 28,000 barrels of oil per day and 200 million cubic feet of natural gas per day.<\/p>

A Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, Mr. Pelletier earned a Bachelor of Science degree (Cum Laude) in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University, where he also earned a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering. At Texas A&M, he has been inducted into the Mechanical Engineering Department\u2019s Academy of Distinguished Graduates and is a past Chair of the Industry Advisory Council for the Department. He previously served as Chairman of the Industry Advisory Board fothe Center for Science & Mathematics Education at Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
